How do I download content from Revit Factory?If the product is listed as FREE, you may download the content by simply logging in to your free account and clicking the download file on the product page. What subscription packages are available?You can subscribe to get access to ALL download content fromor you can purchase download creditsin packs of 10, 20 or 50. How do I purchase subscription?Sign up as a free member to access the member’s subscription packages. Choose an a package which suits your purpose or choose full content access. Click the PayPal logo at the bottom of the page to continue to the payment gateway. You have two choices for payment. PayPal account or Credit/Debit card. We monitor all download activity and if an account is being abused your account may be temporarily frozen pending investigation with the user. This does not apply to Download Credits. My subscription account has been frozen how do I resolve this?Revit Factory will contact you if your account is frozen. It is not possible to get a refund on subscriptions. I purchased the wrong subscription, can I change it?Yes, we can amend your subscription but circumstances will vary.
